Save carousel designs as reusable templates

When I build a carousel I like in Studio, I want to save the layout as a template so I can reuse it for future ones.

Right now I'm rebuilding from scratch every time, which kills the momentum when I'm trying to stay consistent. A "save as template" option inside Studio would be incredible, bonus points if it works inside automations.
